HIPAA Compliance

Mission Road and its employees are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in the workplace.  This commitment include HIPAA–Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.  Breaches of confidentiality and/or breaches in HIPAA Compliance may be addressed to Lora Butler, Executive Director, info@mrmsat.org or to Leticia Palmer, VP, Human Resources, info@mrmsat.org

Purpose

  • Prevent accidental or intentional non-compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements
  • Detect and impose corrective action for non-compliance
  • Prevent future on-compliance

Mission

  • Promote compliance with applicable regulatory (State/Federal) requirements
  • Foster and help ensure ethical conduct
  • Provide education, training and guidance to employees
  • Provide a culture that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to Federal/State law or Mission Road policy
