Benefits

Offering benefits to our employee is important to us.  We are invested in our employee’s overall health and future.  We believe that our benefits, shown below, will help to attract and retain employees to assist with our mission, values, goals, and client care–helping individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan:  All employees are eligible.  Employees who are at least 21 years of age and who worked with Mission Road for at least 3 months are eligible. Includes profit share and matching component.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.  Full-time employees are eligible.  Employees share the cost of the premium weekly.
  • Basic Life Insurance ($50,000).  Full-time employees are eligible.  Employer-paid benefit.
  • Voluntary Life Insurance.  Full-time employees are eligible; includes child(ren) and spouse coverage.  Employee pays total cost of the premium. 
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance.  Full-time management employees are eligible.  Employer-paid benefit.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance.  Full-time employees are eligible.  Employee pays total cost of the premium.
  • AFLAC Supplemental Products (Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness).  Full-time employees are eligible.  Employee pays total cost of the premium.
  • POP–Premium Only Plan, Cafeteria 125 .  By participating in this plan, qualified benefits, such as Medical Insurance are paid on a Pre-tax basis.
